New Orleans Saints Regional: Texas Fury’s Debut

The Saints Regional is set to be a classic, giving us our first look at some highly anticipated programs. All eyes will be on Texas Fury as they bring teams into both the HS Girls and 14U Girls divisions.

They won’t have an easy path, as they are set to battle against formidable programs like Pirate Bay Krewe and TFL Lady Colts in a tough, early attempt to secure a bid to the 2026 NFL Championships in Canton, Ohio next July. This regional will set the tone for the rest of the season in the highly competitive South Region.

The Texas Fury 14U Girls team is ranked No. 5 in the HSFA FLAG Top 10 national rankings. The HS Team is ranked No. 1 in our rankings.

Pirate Bay Krewe is No. 2 in the 14U Girls rankings.

Washington Commanders Regional: Stacked Girls High School Division

The Washington Commanders Regional is absolutely loaded with elite female talent, particularly in the High School Girls division. With only one spot available for the HS Girls ticket to Canton, the competition is fierce.

VA Hurricanes, Athena Warriors Travel, BC Elite, BHC, and JTF are all vying for that single championship, promising great games and perhaps the most intense bracket of the entire weekend. Teams will need flawless execution and mental toughness to survive this gauntlet.

The Athena Warriors Travel squad is ranked No. 3 in the HSFA FLAG High School Girls Top 10.

Indianapolis Colts Regional: 10U Coed Takes Center Stage

While the Colts Regional notably has no High School Girls teams competing, the focus shifts squarely to a loaded 10U Coed field.

The dominant Toledo Dirty Birdz will attempt to get their second 10U team into the mix this year in an effort to go 2/2 in their qualification efforts. They’ll face stiff competition, including Stealth Red and Stealth Green, who are both back for more action as they continue to look for their qualification bids. Additionally, Chicago Bears Regional runner-up, Cal Select, is making their second try in as many weeks, hoping their recent deep run pays off with a championship.

I will be LIVE all day in Indianapolis to see the action firsthand, so follow all of the scores and highlights on the New HSFA FLAG app, available now on iOS devices!
