Land O’ Lakes Shawn Millard is the 2025 Tampa Bay Buccaneers Girls’ Flag Coach of the Year. This past season Coach Millard led the program to a 15-2 record.
During Week 6 of the regular season, he was named the team’s Coach of the Week.
