The NFL FLAG Regional tournament series has wrapped up its third weekend of action, and action-packed it was!

With three tournaments in total — the Chicago Bears Regional (Rockford, Illinois) on Saturday, followed by the New York Jets (Clifton Park, New York) and Las Vegas Raiders (Henderson, Nevada) Regionals on Sunday — a staggering 30 new champions punched their tickets to the 2026 NFL FLAG Championships in Canton, Ohio

With the completion of Week 3, the qualifying field now sits at 57 teams.

New York Jets Regional

The action in New York was full of dramatic upsets and dominant performances:

  • 8U Coed: In a huge HSFA FLAG rankings weekend in the division, the No. 10 ranked Avengers rolled through group and bracket play, securing the title. Meanwhile, No.2 We Different squad dropped an important game early and failed to qualify for the knockout stage.

  • 10U Coed: The elder and ever-powerful HSFA FLAG No. 1 ranked We Different battled their way to another NFL FLAG Regional Championship. Despite an early loss that led to a 5-seed in the single-elimination bracket, they seemingly made ease of the competition after their early toe-stubbing.

  • 12U Coed: The second We Different squad made much lighter work of their tournament day, racking up a perfect record and only allowing 6 points on defense. Their 34-0 Championship victory meant they were barely sweating on their way to qualifying for the NFL FLAG Championships.
  • 14U Coed: The ultra-competitive 14U division proved to be led by two powerhouse programs as 32 Sports and G-Men battled in Group Play and again in the Championship game. At the end of the day, G-Men showed resilience, winning both games by a one-score differential.

Familiar names topped all of the girls’ divisions, with LMYA Cheetahs (10U), Long Island Venom (12U), CT Flag LMX (14U), and THT Blue (HS) all punching their tickets to Canton next Summer.

What Happens in Vegas…moves on to Canton

The Las Vegas Regional delivered plenty of drama and high-level play:

  • 8U Coed: The No. 5 HSFA FLAG ranked Rebels scored 73 points in group play while allowing 0 points and stormed into bracket play as the 1-seed. They only allowed a single touchdown to the Vegas Vipers in the Championship game, securing a dominant 35-7 win.
  • 12U Coed: This division was a competitive battle throughout the day, with two of the best games coming from High Intensity and Rooted Football, who split matches. Rooted Football avenged an early Group Play loss in the Semi Final matchup, only to fall short in the Championship game against Vegas Flag Elite, who took home the crown in a 19-14 game.
  • 14U Coed: Tucson Turf made their way into the 14U division this year with a bang, knocking off the No. 3 Ranked 14U High Intensity in the finals with a resounding 20-0 shutout.

Conquer Chargers again proved their pedigree, punching tickets to Canton in the Girls 10U and 12U divisions. The absolutely stacked HS Girls division did not disappoint, with Apex Flag Football and Island Empire giving it their all, but ultimately the Champions, Rooted Football, earned the spot in Canton.
