Ridgewood 3-peats in New Jersey Girls Flag

For the third year in a row, Ridgewood High is New Jersey's girls' flag high school football state champ.

For the third year in a row, Ridgewood High is New Jersey’s girls’ flag high school football state champ. Saturday, Ridgewood beat Bayonne 12-0 in the championship game of the New York Jets New Jersey High School Girls Flag Football League presented by Nike and supported by Gatorade and Visa. The game was played at Kean Alumni Stadium.

Ridgewood is coached by Mickey McDermott. He also the head coach of the Jets Elite Girls Flag Football Club Travel Team.
