For the second year in a row, the Baltimore Ravens are honoring area high school flag coaches with their Girls Flag Coach of the Week award. Similar to the long-standing Ravens High School Coach of the Week award for traditional high school tackle teams, the Ravens will honor 10 girls flag coaches who excel on and off the field of play.
Winning coaches receive a $2,000 donation to their school’s program and will be in the running to earn Ravens High School Girls Flag Coach of the Year.

2025 Baltimore Ravens Flag Football Coach of the Week Winners
Week 4 – Rob Dixon, Frederick High School
Coach Dixon’s Cadets are off to a strong start this year. They are unbeaten and outscoring opponents 128-12 in four contests in 2025, only giving up two touchdowns. His squad has won seven of their last eight games dating back to 2024.
Week 3 – Justin Marshall, Governor Thomas Johnson
Coach Marshall has been the ‘TJ’ head coach in all three years of the program’s existence. After an opening season loss, they’ve bounced back and rattled off three wins, outscoring opponents 97-6. The Patriots currently stand at 3-1
Week 2 – Dennis Stubbs II, Northern High School
Coach Stubbs is leading the Patriots in their first Girls Flag season and they’re off to a hot start. Northern is 4-0 and leading the Southern Maryland Athletic Conference (SMAC). Stubbs’s offense has tallied 116 through four games and his defense has given up just one score all season.
Week 1 – Alexis Wade, Edmondson-Westside
The Red Storm took down reigning City Schools champion, Dunbar, in week 1 of the Girls Flag season, 19-14. Coach Wade’s group had a strong finish to 2024 season and picked up where they left off to begin the 2025 campaign.
